25 MORE Gratitude Questions to Stay Positive
Dec 05, 2025
On my toughest days, focusing on gratitude has been a lifeline. It shifts my attention from what’s wrong to what’s right.
After coaching thousands of clients, I’ve discovered that anxious people consistently fall into two core patterns they struggle to recognize.
Pattern #1: RIGIDITY — Seeing the world in black-and-white terms, driven by perfectionism, all-or-nothing thinking, and success-or-failure judgments.
Pattern #2: CONTROL — Spending energy trying to change things outside their influence, while overlooking the areas where they do have the power to grow and improve.
You have the power to break these patterns. Begin with gratitude. Progress doesn’t require perfection—rigid perfectionism is often what traps you.

When I answer gratitude-focused questions, it helps me reconnect with what’s going well, instead of fixating on what’s not. It always makes a difference.
Here are 25 questions to help you stay positive every day. Use them to journal, reflect, or simply answer quickly. Even responding to just a few can energize you.
